Toxic9to5 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content.

4. Content Moderation Rights

Toxic9to5 and Rolo Natt reserve the right to:

5.Anti-Spam & Platform Integrity

To protect the platform from spam, bot abuse, and fake reviews, Toxic9to5 may collect and process limited technical metadata during review submissions.

This includes:

•Cryptographically hashed IP and device identifiers
•Rate limiting and submission frequency tracking
•Content similarity analysis for duplicate detection
•Automated risk scoring for suspicious patterns

By using the platform, you acknowledge that submissions may be automatically flagged, rate-limited, or rejected based on abuse detection signals. No raw personal data is stored — only one-way hashed identifiers.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Toxic9to5 is not liable for:

•User-generated content
•User decisions based on platform content
•Damages arising from platform use
•Data loss

7. Intellectual Property

Platform branding, software, and design remain the property of Rolo Natt unless otherwise stated.

8. Termination

11.Takedown & Dispute Process

If you are a company representative and believe a review on this platform contains false factual claims about your organisation, you may submit a formal takedown request to contact@rolonatt.com. Please include the review in question, your relationship to the organisation, and the specific claim you believe to be false. We will review and respond within 72 hours of receipt.
